Delivery Policy – Family Rose Store
Delivery fee within Kuwait: 1 Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) to all areas.
Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 24 business hours from the time of order confirmation, excluding Fridays.
Delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Fridays.
Delivery will be to the address registered on the order. Please ensure the accuracy of the information provided (name, phone number, and address).
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the store reserves the right to reschedule the delivery or cancel the order as appropriate.
In case of any delivery issues, please contact us through the communication channels listed on the invoice.
Exchange and Return Policy – Family Rose Store
At Family Rose Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Exchanges and returns are subject to the following conditions:
First: Exchange and Return Conditions
The original invoice must be presented.
The customer has the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days of the purchase date.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Second: Exchange and Return Mechanism
The product must be brought to the company headquarters:
Hawally – Block 4 – Al Muthanna Street – Dhara’a Complex – 3rd Floor – Office 15.
If the customer is unable to come, product pickup will be arranged via a delivery company, and a delivery fee of 1 Kuwaiti Dinar will be charged.
Products that do not require inspection will be exchanged immediately.
Products that require inspection will receive a response within a maximum of 2 to 5 business days.
Third: Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 business hours after approval, minus any applicable payment gateway fees.
Fourth: Special Cases
In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced according to the store"s policy.

Exchanges and returns do not cover damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
